Punky Colour Cotton Candy. Punky Colour is a semi-permanent conditioning colour. All shades can be mixed together to create your own unique colour. This is one for the lightest white blondes as it just won't show up on hair that is any darker. The pastel shades don't last as long as the darker, more intense colours.
