Shocking Blue is a dark blue dye with purple undertones. For best results, we recommend lightening hair to a very light level 9 blonde or lighter and toning any yellow tones before use to avoid your hair turning purple. This colour may add dark blue highlights to virgin, unbleached hair.

Good but too purple
This is a blue with a strong purple undertone. I used it on bleached hair and it came out indigo and faded to purple after a couple washes. Very vibrant but if you want a more true blue I’d use a different colour.
