Love this beautiful red shade on my level 9 bleached hair. The only thing is, the water didn't stop running red even after a week in the shower (regular warm water and even without shampoo). I had to use a dedicated hair dye towel to dry my hair and it did transfer a little onto my pillowcase. Didn't stay super bright for long and did fade to a duller orange-red after a week.
Thanks for the good communication - had a glitch with the courier company during lockdown but you guys kept in touch and were super helpful. Got my order pretty quick in the end anyway!
