Classic Pastel-izer / Manic Mixer

Blend the Pastel-izer with any Manic Panic dye to make a custom lighter, pastel tint. This product works best when you use a whole jar of Pastel-izer with just a few drops of your desired colour. We recommend lightening hair to the lightest level 10 blonde when dyeing hair with a light pastel shade.
