Atomic Turquoise is a bright, neon, radiant aqua blue dye with green undertones. For best results, we recommend lightening hair to the lightest level 10 blonde and toning any yellow tones before use to avoid undesired hues. This colour may add turquoise tones to virgin, unbleached hair.
