Amplified has 30% more pigment than the Classic formula! Pillarbox Red is Manic Panic's signature true red. This "fire engine red" looks great on everyone! For best results, we recommend lightening hair to a light level 8 blonde before use. This colour may give bright red tones on virgin, unbleached hair.

I love this dye. It's so pigmented. I dyed my hair with it in August, and it's now November, and the dye is still going strong. All I do is once a week, I use a colour depositing conditioner to maintain it and it looks freshly dyed.
It runs a bit, and stains towels, but it's worth it for something that lasts so much longer than anything else.
The site it's self is amazing and fast shipping, love the colour of this dye but unfortunately stains everything. Including skin , bedding and the shower.
