Lunar Tides White Toner is a non-damaging purple based toner designed to eliminate blonde or yellow tones from hair, leaving you with a luscious platinum white. Hair toner works best on pale yellow hair tones and does not work well on brassy yellows or oranges. Using a toner is always recommend before using a pastel hair colour to create a blank slate for more accurate colour.

I decided to try this toner. Been bleaching my own hair for many years, Purple shampoo as toner and careful sectioning, I love my hair. This toner says to leave it for up tp 35 mins. I left it for 12 mins. This may as well have been purple dye. No idea what im gonna do for work tomorrow. Disaster. My beautiful, carefully done level 10 blonde, is now dark blue. THIS IS NOT A TONER DONT BE FOOLED!!!!!! Im gonna get fired tomorrow :'(
I mixed some of this in with 20 vol developer and it gave me a really even cool blond color. This will be my go to toner from now on
