Directions Lagoon Blue is a blue semi-permanent hair dye. For the most vivid results, we recommend applying it to pre-lightened, bleached hair. The colour on the pot is a simulation of the shade on a level 10 base.
Lagoon blue is my favourite blue choice, compared to previously using Atlantic blue which was darker than what I was wanting. Used fluoro green to highlight Lagoon blue and loved the outcome.
