Herman's Amazing Hair Color in Stella Steel Blue is a mixture of blue hues, steel strands, and pastel blue blonde making denim hair the coolest color combination and nourishes like a deep conditioner while you colour. For best results, apply to hair bleached to a level 10 blonde. If your hair is too yellow, use purple or blue toner / shampoo to help neutralize the yellow to white. For blue hair colours it is important that there isn't too much yellow in the hair as it can turn blue into green.
