For best results, apply to hair bleached to a level 10 blonde to ensure UV colours shine bright. If your hair is too yellow, use purple or blue toner / shampoo to help neutralize the yellow, this is important for pink hair colours so the yellowness won't turn the pink into orange or ashy orange.
