Herman's Amazing Hair Color in Felicia Fire is the ultimate neon red UV reactive hair dye that shows off your brightness even under fluorescent light, semi-perm hair colour that nourishes like a deep conditioner while you colour. For best results, apply to hair bleached to a level 8-9 blonde. If your hair is too yellow, use purple or blue toner / shampoo to help neutralize the yellow, this is important for red hair colours so the yellowness won't turn the reds into orange undertones.
