Herman's Amazing Hair Color in Amelia Aqua Blue is a Mediterranean sea-inspired blue that gives you an irresistible aquamarine hair dye that nourishes like a deep conditioner while you colour. For best results, apply to hair bleached to a level 8-9 blonde. If your hair is too yellow, use purple or blue toner / shampoo to help neutralize the yellow, this is important for blue hair colours so the yellowness won't turn the blue into green undertones.
