It's NEON - introducing Crazy Color Toxic UV! This ultra glowing green is not for the faint-hearted. Make em' stop and stare, with a shade that pop's in both natural and blacklight. For best results, apply to hair that has been pre-lightened to a level 9 or 10 (blonde) before use.

Excellent colour. Definitely works better on paler hair, but still glows on light brunette. Delighted with the effect

Fantastic

Vibrant color, consistency is perfect. Fades fairly quickly on short hair, but that's alright. There's enough product for multiple coloring for me (I've got very, very short hair)
