Crazy Color Peacock Blue is a luxuriously dark blue shade with a slight green undertone. For the best results, apply to hair that has been pre-lightened to level 9 or 10 (blonde) before use. It is also suitable for level 8 (light brown) hair, but results will only be tonal.

I usually dye my hair turquoise but thought I would change it up and dye it blue....it came out green and I LOVE it. Suits me way more than the turquoise
