Crazy Color Capri Blue is a powerful electric blue. To achieve stunning electric blue hair, apply to hair that has been pre-lightened to level 9 or 10 (blonde) before use. It is also suitable for level 8 (light brown) hair, but results will only be tonal.

such a pretty colour! definitely my favourite blue. it doesn’t fade out to green like the others, it turns into a lighter blue which is so nice. however, DONT USE THIS UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR HAIR TO BE BLUE FOR THE NEXT 10 YEARS. even after a colour remover and bleaching, my hair was still blue !! i’ve had to colour correct it to get it blonde again, and even now there’s still patches of blue.
if you’re someone who likes switching your hair colour often or if you only want a short-term blue colour, don’t use this.
