How to Use: Start with a base of Arctic Mist Diluter, then add a bit of your more pigmented shade to the bowl until you achieve your desired hue. Note: Deeper colours like Purple AF or Ritual can easily overpower your mixture. Be sure to add a little at a time when using deeper shades to create pastels. Once you see your desired shade, perform a strand test to check your results!
