Shipping arrived when it said. Arctic fox (at least this shade) is a good quality brand that holds true to its claims. Cosmic sunshine is a true yellow, and not neony at all as I was worried about, but stayed vibrant. Even a month from when I applied, it has faded only a little bit - but that may just be my hair type, as I have heard the opposite from others.
