I would buy two bottles if you have longer hair and are dyeing over hair that's had Adore pigments previously applied. I managed to wash the pigment (of Fiesta Fuchsia) out of my bleached hair till it came to a nice sandy blonde, and when applying Periwinkle, it resulted in a patchy arrangement of dirty blonde, purple, and periwinkle. If you want the oil slick effect in your hair this is definitely the way to go (doesn't look that bad ngl). I think with Adore's cooler pigments, they require a lot more lathering. I found when dyeing my friend's short hair with Electric Lime, it didn't absorb the colour easily and took a lot of time working in layers. In both cases however, our hair had been dyed semi-permanently and rinsed out over time. For the best results (of vibrant colours), I recommend bleaching and using a colour remover.
