Refunds & Exchanges

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Non-returnable items: 
- Gift Cards

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Refunds
If you need to return an item for a refund, send us an email at admin@sinister.co.nz. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs to return your item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment. Refunds back to credit cards can take 2-7 working days depending on your card issuer. 

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at admin@sinister.co.nz. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs to return your item and to ship your new item.
