Chill Ed Creme Lightener is a gentler alternative to bleach powder. This is a fast-acting off the scalp lightener enhanced with various essential oils to protect both hair and scalp during the lightening process.

Mix Ratio 1:2
1 part (50ml) Chill Ed Creme Lightener
2 part (100ml) Chill Fuel 9% 30 vol or 12% 40 vol (sold separately)
